General  Conditions Of  Sale

                                                                                    Article 1: OBJECT

         The present conditions are those by which we propose and ensure the supply of works to you proposed

      on our site. These conditions apply other than all other conditions.

                                                                                      Article 2: PRICE

          2.1 - The prices of our products are indicated in euros all inclusive of tax except shares in the expenses of  forwarding.

         2.2 - c.Angel gallery reserves the right to modify its prices constantly and works will be invoiced on

     base tariffs in force at the time of the recording of the request for purchase, lease or reservation of or

     works.

          2.3 - Works remain the property of  c.Angel gallery to the complete cashing of the price.

                                                                                Article 3: ORDER

          3.2 - You can also order by telephone to the 06 17 39 62 43.

               Tax interest for the companies:

      Pursuant to article 238 (a) of the Code General of Taxes (cgi), the companies which buy to original works register alive artists and them on an account of permanent assets, can deduce from the result of the exercise of acquisition and four years following, by equal fractions, a sum equal at cost. The sums are deductible within the limit from 5 per thousand of the sales turnover.

      The deduction is subordinated to the condition of exposure of work, on a purely free basis, in a place accessible to the public. The exposure time must be equal to the period corresponding to the exercise of acquisition and the four years following.

      Contractual information will be the subject of a confirmation taking again this same contractual information at the maximum

      late at the moment of the delivery.

 c.Angel gallery reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order of a customer with whom there would exist

      a litigation relating to the payment of a former order.

                                                                                 Article 4: VALIDATION

      You state to have taken knowledge and accepted the present general conditions of sale before the making of your

      order. L has validation of your order is worth thus acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.

                Except contrary proof, the data recorded by c.Angel gallery constitute the proof of the unit of

      transactions passed through its customers.

                                                                              Article 5: AVAILABILITY

      Works as their price are valid as long as they are visible on the site subject to availability.

          5.1 - In the event of delay of delivery of a work having been dispatched, you can cancel your order and in

     to ask refunding as well as the expenses of return. In this case, if you received the product after cancellation, us

      will proceed to the refunding of intact work in its packing of origin, to reception of this one by our care.

      We also invite you to contact us for any question or in the event of problem.

                    In the event of payment by bank card, the times indicated are average times and correspond to the deadlines

      of forwarding to which the times of routing are added (delivery).

         Any order not dispatched in the 30 days of the order will be cancelled except contrary and announced stipulation

       in the offer of sale.

                In the event of payment by cheque, the order will be treated only with reception of the cheque.  Consequently

       and in this case, the applicable times are those at the day of reception of the cheque and can thus be modified by

       report/ratio with those mentioned at the time of the placing of the order.

           5.2 - Problems of delivery

           You must notify to the conveyor and with c.Angel gallery all reserves on delivered work (for example: parcel

      opened, damaged…) in the 3 days following the reception of the product. Then, according to the cases defined in the

       article 12.1 below, you can profit from the conditions of exchange and refunding envisaged in this article.

                                                                               Article 6: PAYMENT

      Reglement of your purchases is carried out:

      - is by PayPal

      - is by credit card

      At the time of a purchase on line, the total price indicated on your confirmation of order includes/understands the amount of       work

      Including all taxes, transport, the packing and the insurance net of tax and right of customs (delivery).

                                                                         Article 7: REFUNDING

      The refunding of the products on the assumptions aimed to articles 5 and 8 will be carried out within a lower time or

      equal to 15 days after reception of works by our care.

      Refunding will be carried out with the choice of  c.Angel gallery by credit on your bank account or cheque

      banking addressed in the name of the customer having placed the order and to the bill-to-address. No sending in against

      refunding will not be accepted whatever is the reason.

                                                                               Article 8: SATISFIED OR REFUNDED

                You have a 7 working days deadline as from the delivery date of your order for us

      to turn over the work which would not be appropriate to you. The expenses of sending and return will be then with your       load.

 c.Angel gallery will then propose to you to exchange your work or will refund you. Only the price of or works

     bought will be refunded (made deduction of carriage and the insurance costs of work). In accordance with the article

     L. 121 - 16 of the Code of Consumption. The expenses of sending and return as well as the risks relating to the return of      work are with load of the customer.  

              The right to repossess present could be accepted only for intact works and in their packing of origin

     accompanied by a copy of the invoice. The works turned over damaged or damaged by the Customer are not

     begun again.

                                                                        Article 9: SECURITY

     Our site is the subject of a system of security: we adopted the process of encoding SSL in order to proceed it

                                         Article 10: ROYALTY AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

      rights of the purchaser are limited to a right of private user.

        All the texts, comments, illustrations and images reproduced on c.Angel gallery are reserved under

      royalty like to the intellectual document of title and whole world. In accordance with the provisions

      code of the intellectual property, only the use on a purely private basis is authorized, under reserves of provisions

      different, even more restrictive from the code of the intellectual property. Any reproduction total or partial of the site is       strictly prohibited.

                                                                    Article 11: RESPONSIBILITY

      The photographs are communicated on a purely illustrative basis.                                                                             Article 12: GUARANTEE

          12.1 - We engage, according to your choice, to refund you or to exchange you works which you

      would not be appropriate. In these cases, you have the possibility of contacting us to turn over us works in good

      in their packing of origin.

      In any event, you profit from the legal guarantees of conformity of the good to the contract. The delivery order will make

      faith, all works being sold with a detailed description indicating the support, the number of pulling, the origin of

      work and any other known element specific to work. Work can be turned over to us if the contents of the delivery

      does not correspond to the this and delivery form, in accordance with the legal provisions specified in annexe1 of

      present conditions.

       The provisions of this article do not prevent you from profiting from the right of retractation envisaged to article 8.

        12.2 - c.Angel gallery is committed keeping to its commitments being orders and delivery of works such

      that defined in the pésentes conditions of sale. We will not be able to in no case to be held for persons in charge or to be

      regarded as having made a fault during the treatment of your file for a delay, the impossibility of one

      execution of its engagement resulting from a case of absolute necessity in accordance with article 1148 of the Civil code or       the fact inexecution of an act by one of its suppliers.

                                                         Article 13: APPLICABLE DUTY - LITIGATIONS

      This contract is subjected to the French law. The language of this contract is the French language. In the event of litigation,

      French courts will be only qualified. Any disagreement born of the formation, the interpretation or the execution of

      contract will be subjected to the exclusive competence of the Courts of Creteil.

                                                         Article 14: PERSONAL INFORMATION

      Information and data concerning to you are necessary to the management of your order and the relation customers.

      They can be transmitted to the companies which contribute to these relations such as those in charge of the payment.

      This information and data are also preserved at ends of safety, with an aim of respecting the obligations legal and lawful,

      like allowing us to improve and personalize be services that us you let us propose and information that we address to you.

      In accordance with the data-processing law and freedoms of June 6, 1978 you have a right of access, of correction to the       personal data concerning you.

      APPENDIX 1

      Article L211- 4 Codes consumption

      The salesman is held to deliver a good in conformity with the contract and answers of the details of conformity existing             at the time of delivery. He also answers of the defects of conformity resulting from packing, of the instructions of assembly

      or of the installation when this one was put at its load by the contract or was carried out under its responsibility.

      L211 article - 5 Code of consumption

      To be in conformity with the contract, the good must:

     1/  To be specific to the usually awaited use of a similar good and, if necessary:

       • - to correspond to the description given by the salesman and to have the qualities that this one with presented to

                  the purchaser in the form of sample or of model

       • - to have qualities until a purchaser can legitimately wait have regard to the made public statements

                 by the salesman, by the producer or his representative, in particular in publicity or labelling.

      L211 article - 12 Code of consumption

      The action resulting from the defect of conformity is prescribed by two years as from the delivery of the good.

      Article 1641 Civil code

      The salesman is held of the guarantee at a rate of the hidden defects of the sold thing which make it unsuitable to

      which one intends it, or which decreases so much this use, which the purchaser would not have acquired it, or would not       have any given that a less price, if he had known them.

      Article 1648 subparagraph 1st Civil code

      The proceedings resulting from the crippling defects must be brought by the purchaser within two year to count

      discovery of vice.
